Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to share when you contact us — typically when you call, send a WhatsApp message, email us, or fill in an enquiry form. That may include:

• Your name and the student's name
• A phone number and email address
• The stream or programme you're asking about, and anything else you tell us

Like most websites, our server may also keep standard technical logs (such as your browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use your details for one thing: to respond to your enquiry and help you with admissions and information about the college. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This is a simple, mostly static website. If we use a visitor-analytics tool, it is only to understand in aggregate how many people visit which pages — not to identify you personally. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Third-party services on this site

A few features load from other companies, and when you use them their own privacy terms apply:

• Google Maps — the embedded map that shows our location.
• Google Fonts — the typefaces used across the site.
• WhatsApp — the chat links and floating button open WhatsApp.

Student names and photographs

When we publish results, we share students' names and marks. We do not publish student photographs without consent. If you are a student or parent and would like a name removed, contact us and we'll take care of it.

How long we keep your details

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you and to keep our own records of admissions. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've shared with us, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just call or email us using the details above and we'll sort it out.

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
